Borough Council Meetings

As a local democratic committee, we want to foster an interest in local politics from the people in our community. Unfortunately, the current leadership in the borough fail to keep a video record of council meetings. Mike Gale, long time committee member, volunteers his own time to attend and record borough council meetings, making his the only video log available to the public. You can watch those meetings on our YouTube page, linked below.

Ridley Park Borough Council meets the first Tuesday of each month for a workshop session and the third Tuesday of each month for the regular meeting. Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the second floor of Borough Hall and the public is invited to attend. The regular council meeting is televised on Comcast channel 5 and RCN channel 52 and Verizon on channel 41 (although, more likely than not, you won’t be able to hear anything).
